Legal advice
Can't find what you're looking for?
There are many areas of life in which you may touch upon complex legal questions including housing, wills, benefits, employment, consumer rights, immigration and discrimination. In some cases people may even try to ‘pull the wool over your eyes’ as an older person, so it’s very important that you seek proper advice.
You can get free advice on some issues, or you may need to find a lawyer, which you can do through the Law Society. A Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) may be able to represent you at a tribunal.
