Description
One of Leeds City Council's three Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs), AVH provides social housing - managing and maintaining over 15,000 Council owned homes including over 60 sheltered schemes containing over 2,000 units.
AVH produces a regular Silver Lining Newsletter for its sheltered housing tenants.
