Infostore aims to provide information for people over 50 in Leeds, their friends, carers, family and the people who work with them.
It brings together details of organisations, useful leaflets and other documents, news, events and activities within the Leeds Metropolitan area, along with more general advice and reference information of specific interest to older people.
Partnership
Infostore is a partnership between Leeds City Council, Leeds Older People’s Forum , and NHS Leeds.
Staffing
Infostore is staffed by editors and writers from within the Communications Team at Leeds City Council).
Web design and development is by twosixtwo.
Funding
Infostore has been funded from Cities in Balance (European Union), Timely Information to Citizens (Department for Communities and Local Government) and the Social Care Reform Grant. Initial funding came from LinkAge Plus (Department for Work and Pensions).
