Description

Support, information, advice and activities for Sikh elders aged 55 and over living in Leeds. Services cover advice and information, education, healthy living, befriending, leisure and recreation. Project work and activities appropriate to the needs of both men and women, respecting cultural and religious needs, promoting independent living and limiting social isolation.
