Can you share your experiences of home care services in Leeds?

Leeds LINk is interested in finding out your experiences of home care services in Leeds. If you or someone you care for has received a service from home care we would like to hear from you.

We are interested in anything that you may have to say about the service, whether this is good or bad.

Any information that you provide will be kept anonymous, all we ask is that you tell us the name of the home care provider that your comments relate to.
