Description
Later Life Training aims to provide specialist, safe and effective exercise training for people working with vulnerable older people. We also aim to provide training for chair-based and otago strength and balance exercise leaders, senior peer activity motivators, and accessible information to older people and their carers to assist them in increasing participation in physical activity and tailored exercise.
